Krishnakiran Kishan is a dynamic leader who brings a powerful blend of analytical legal expertise, cultural artistry, and global advocacy to SamaRasa Global. Anchored by an elite legal background, she holds an LLB (Hons) from Middlesex University (Dubai Campus), a Post-Graduate Legal Practice Course (LPC), and a Master’s in Commercial Legal Practice (LLM) from BPP University, UK, while currently pursuing her qualification as a UK Solicitor. Her professional acumen spans corporate, legal, and real estate advisory, equipping her with the structured execution needed to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Beyond the corporate boardroom, Krishnakiran is a visionary changemaker dedicated to social impact. As the President of the Global Youth Forum for the World Malayalee Council (registered in New Jersey, USA in 1995), she spearheads international youth Forum as President and leads initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Her commitment to sustainability is deeply intertwined with her lifelong passion for the performing arts. A rigorously trained Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, and actor with over 150 stage performances, she is the founder of Tharuni, a prominent Dubai-based dance company that utilizes classical storytelling to champion women’s empowerment—leading them to four consecutive group dance title victories. A powerful voice for change, she has been a featured speaker on modern feminism at UN SDG events and is frequently invited as a jury member for talent events across GEMS schools.
Krishnakiran’s trajectory of excellence began early in her academic career. A natural leader and eloquent communicator, she was a World Scholars Cup Semi-Finalist, a finalist at the prestigious GEMS Our Own Elocution Competition and was crowned “Best Speaker” at the Parliamentary Debate Finals during the Middlesex Youth Fest. Her collegiate leadership shined as the Dance Club co-coordinator at Middlesex University, where she managed over 200 members and was honored with both the ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution to Team Middlesex’ awards. During her university days, she also claimed the “Best Female Dancer (Eastern Category)” title at the Jashn UAE Inter-University Competition, leading her team to a runner-up finish.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the prestigious IBM Business School in Bangalore. Outside the corporate sphere, Arjun’s life is fueled by a profound love for automobiles and the thrill of bike racing. An ardent motorhead, he treats the racetrack as both a sanctuary and a testing ground for focus, agility, and split-second decision-making. He uniquely channels this high-performance mindset into his marketing strategies, bringing speed, precision, and competitive edge to every campaign he launches.

”SamaRasa Global was born from a profound belief in legacy sustainability. True sustainable development is not solely about the environment we leave behind; it is equally about the stability, security, and harmonious transitions we build for our families today. This proactive approach is critically important in the UAE today. Securing the right legal documentation, particularly a registered Will, is no longer just an administrative option—it is an absolute necessity to protect your family. Under the recent UAE Civil Transactions Law updates that took effect in January 2026, the succession landscape for expatriates has fundamentally shifted. If a foreign resident passes away without a valid, registered Will and leaves no identifiable legal heirs, their financial assets, real estate, and business interests do not simply remain frozen indefinitely. Instead, they are legally designated and transferred to a state-managed charitable endowment (Waqf). Once the courts confirm this transfer, reversing it and reclaiming those assets is an exceptionally difficult process.
The UAE rewrote its civil rulebook after 40 years. If you own property, hold a bank account, or run a business in the UAE, the new law applies to you — regardless of your nationality.
